Refund Policy

This policy applies to training services booked with Dev Streamcore Ltd: workshops, clinics, one-to-one coaching, and Range Review Sessions.

Workshop and clinic bookings

Full refund

If you cancel more than 21 days before the scheduled start date, we refund all fees paid, including deposits, within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Partial refund

Cancellations between 8 and 21 days before the start date receive a 50% refund of fees paid. The deposit for the flagship workshop is non-refundable in this window if it equals the full deposit amount.

No refund

Cancellations fewer than 8 days before the start date, or non-attendance without notice, receive no refund. You may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

One-to-one coaching

Reschedule at no charge with 48 or more hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit that session. Coaching bundles: unused sessions in a six-session bundle may be refunded at the single-session rate for remaining sessions if you cancel the bundle before the third session has taken place.

Range Review Sessions

Weekly subscriptions: cancel before the next billing week for no further charges. Quarterly blocks: unused weeks after the first four weeks are refundable at the weekly rate minus a £25 administration fee.

If we cancel

If we postpone or cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date. We are not liable for travel costs you incurred, but we will offer priority rebooking.

Deposits

The £160 workshop deposit secures your seat. Deposits are refundable only under the full-refund window above or if we cancel the event.

Materials

Printed chart booklets and takeaway worksheets are prepared before workshops. If you cancel inside the partial-refund window, the cost of materials already printed (£25) may be deducted from any refund.

No-shows

Missing a booked coaching call or clinic without notice is treated as a completed session with no refund or reschedule.

Work already started

For coaching, any session that has begun — including partial attendance on a video call — counts as delivered and is non-refundable.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via bank transfer to the original payer within 14 working days. You will receive email confirmation when processed.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies may be considered for partial credit toward a future session if documented. This is discretionary and does not apply to weekly subscription renewals.
